The Role

As Customer Service Representative, you will be fielding inquiries and complaints regarding GMA Digital Products (GMA Affordabox , GMA Now, GMA websites and apps) through various channels (landline/hotline, email, mobile, SMS, social media, website and App Store feedback). This will involve coordinating with and elevating concerns to other departments, writing and improving our database of spiels and responses, and sharing ideas and suggestions on how to improve our workflow.

Our CSRs are also cross-trained in promo management, DTI application, coordination, and draws./

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree graduate
  • Minimum experience: 1 year
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal skills and phone etiquette
  • Skilled in problem solving to quickly assess concerns and offer the correct course of action
  • Familiar/proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Willing to work a shifting schedule


Not Required but Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Suite CRM or similar platforms
  • Experience in dealing with digital products and tech services


Superpower

Ability to diffuse irate customers in 60 seconds or less
